Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your subscription settings at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access through what you've already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan and your data remains intact.
Can I import my existing cargo list?
Yes. You can import cargo items from Excel or CSV files, so you do not need to retype shipment data. Imported items can be saved in your cargo library and reused across future projects.
Can I export load plans for my warehouse team?
Yes. You can export detailed PDF reports or share interactive 3D load plans with your warehouse team through a single link. They can review the loading sequence in 3D without installing software or creating an account.
How does pricing work?
Pro is one plan, billed per seat. It starts at $15/month and includes one seat. Extra teammates are $12/seat each. With yearly billing, you save about 20%: the base plan is $12/month equivalent and extra seats are $9/seat. You can add or remove seats anytime from subscription settings.
Does it support pallets, mixed cargo, and custom containers?
Yes. You can plan loads with standard or custom pallets, mixed boxes, drums, cylinders, standard ISO containers, truck trailers, and custom transport units. You can also plan multiple containers in one project, apply stacking and placement rules, and manually adjust the final load plan when needed.
